Nature Of Our Services
Marock Ventures Inc. provides marketing, customer-inquiry and referral services for Marock Safaris in Kenya. We promote East African safari experiences and connect interested travellers with Marock Safaris’ safari specialists. Marock Ventures Inc. does not sell, arrange or provide travel services and does not accept travel payments. All itineraries, quotations, booking agreements, payments, confirmations and safari services are provided and managed directly by Marock Safaris.
Safari Bookings and Payments
All safari quotations, itineraries, booking agreements, payment instructions and confirmations are issued directly by Marock Safaris. Any safari booking creates an agreement between the traveller and Marock Safaris, subject to Marock Safaris’ booking terms and cancellation policies. Marock Ventures Inc. is not a party to the safari booking agreement and does not receive or process travel payments.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations and any other documents or health requirements necessary for their journey. Travellers should review current government travel advisories and entry requirements before travelling.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marock Ventures Inc. is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, cancellations, itinerary changes or other issues arising from safari bookings, travel services or the actions of Marock Safaris or independent service providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs and design elements, is owned by or used with permission by Marock Ventures Inc. or Marock Safaris. Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
